Can drivers actually read it at night?
That's the entire design brief. Retroreflective material throws a car's headlight beam straight back toward the driver instead of scattering it. Your message stands out while everything around it stays dark.
Won't it blow around while I'm stopped?
No. The integrated ballast weight along the bottom edge keeps the sign flat and still, and the suction cups hold through the buffeting from traffic passing at highway speed.
